Healthy Turtle

If you remember my post back when. K got a turtle last summer in Florida. Here she is in a little bowl, perched on her rock enjoying the sun. Well....little Charlotte got a bigger aquarium with the works (filter, lamps, etc...). We also found some yummy food that Charlotte likes. Little dried shrimp and other little dried critters. Well Charlotte has eaten, eaten, eaten and eaten this past year.

Now take a look at Charlotte:

She has more than doubled her size and she has learned when we come in the room if she swims up to the glass, we will get the green bottle (her food). She follows it across the front and to quote J "You can see her shake when the green bottle comes out".

I wish dogs were this easy to house break, don't you?
